There is room for the whole family to find their own slice of paradise in the bedroom configuration. Bedroom 1, the Master, is upstairs with a king bed and a spacious master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual vanity. Bedroom 2 is downstairs with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks beds, that’s a total of 4 beds in this ideal kids’ room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are downstairs, each with a queen bed, sitting chairs, and dressers. The downstairs bedrooms all share the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a full bathroom upstairs. There is additional sleeping available on the futon in the downstairs living room.

This home is ready for your fabulous family vacation with its expansive interior, brand new everything, family-fun pool table, hot tub, multiple decks, fully-fenced yard, and walkability to the Tahoe Paradise Golf Course in the summer, or ideal snowmobiling locations in the winter. Just 9.8 miles to Sierra at Tahoe for snow play, 8.8 miles to the Stateline casinos and shops at Heavenly Village, and only 7 miles to Camp Richardson and Pope Beach to soak up beautiful blue Lake Tahoe.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
