It is always in good shape and RNR is the only company we will rent from. They have amazing and quick communication and the check in/out process is seamless every time. Kitchen was well stocked for us cooking most nights! 3 bathrooms were fantastic for the 3 families that all stayed together. Hot tub is always a nice touch. It was a great home base in the South Lake Tahoe area. We especially enjoyed the pool table and hot tub! The only negatives were that the wood floors were very loud/creaky, and the downstairs mattress next to the kids room was uncomfortable. We have come to Tahoe for many years for our family vacation. This is our 2nd year staying in this house and it was great to come back to a familiar place. The house was very clean. The kitchen has great storage and everything you need to make great meals. Only suggestions would be to bring your own pillows if you are staying in the master and The back yard and path to the hot tub could use a little love.
