"Very clean room and property. Kitchen stocked. Bring your own bottled water. South Lake Tahoe only allows the purchase of can individual waters, and it is very expensive. Oh and Safeway has been replaced with a Target. "

"My room is facing the highway which is noisy throughout the night. Walls and floors are thin and squeaky so you can hear every move from your neighbor. The ceiling light fixture would hit the ceiling and make a quite loud sound when people walk over it upstairs. The heater is super loud when turned on so I had to keep it off at night in order to sleep. Needless to say I did not sleep at all. All these are issues that come with this type of motel-like construction so I can’t say I am entirely surprised. It was the front desk that did not make this any better. He did not greet us and seemed indifferent handling the matter. Rather unprofessional. However I will say the room is clean, parking is easy and the location is convenient."

"Awesome view of the lake, Easy Parking, Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Would stay here again. Suggestion: The carpets inside the room can use deep some deep cleaning"

"This is such a cool spot with a great Tahoe vibe. Some work could be done around the maintenance of this building… our smoke detector was going off upon arrival… it was “fixed” then started going off 3 hours later… and then again at 10:30 at night… fortunately staff was still there to assist. Our TV was not working- showing no signal- again, staff was fabulous in coming to fix and address it. The on- site coffee shop was amazing! Nice staff and delicious coffee! We enjoyed the Beer garden area- such a fun spot, played some ping- pong- (again they could use a new net- a simple maintenance item). We went to enjoy the hot tub above the lobby, but it was luke warm… and the jets didn’t work. The rooms were very clean, parking was tight, but easy. Staff were super nice and helpful. With a little TLC, this place could be a shining gem!!"
