Steps to Red River Beach, a lifeguarded, groomed sand beach with restrooms and food trucks! Enjoy long walks, sunbathing and beautiful sunsets! This newly updated 3-bedroom (Queen, Queen, 2 Twins) and a den (2 futons) that sleeps 6 has been refreshed with new paint, appliances, furniture, beds and Central AC and features abundant natural light. Enjoy a lazy morning with a cup of coffee in the sunroom before everyone walks to the beach for a day of sun and fun. You can then look forward to an outdoor shower on your return and cocktails and a BBQ on the large patio while the kids play in the backyard. Play cards or a board game in the comfortable living room or gather in the family room on the lower level to watch a movie. And don't forget to include Rover because this home is dog friendly (maximum two dogs). $150 fee will be added to the lease. Call us at Chatham Rentals and let us help you plan your stay. This rental includes a "Welcome Bag" and a reusable tote with cleaning and paper products, compliments of the owner.
