"Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again."

"Everything, was clean only a couple of things we had problems with ! First room , tv didn’t work . I had called front desk and he came to look at it then moved us to a different room great with no hesitation. Next room , we had dirty linen, they replaced them with no hesitation . Lastly breakfast was not up to our satisfaction we were disappointed. Other than that great staff and clean room !"

"When we stayed here in Feb 2026, our room was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. When we stayed this time (May 2026) our room had broken shower amenities, we found dirty clothing, and the general feeling of our room was poorly maintained. The property overall looked clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'm hoping this time our poor room was a blip on the overall experience I have with this hotel chain."
