Temps reached near 90 degrees inside the house. This was despite turning off the furnace through the in house thermostat and keeping all the windows open. We contacted the management through the text several times, which gave nondescript recommendations but without any action. Then called several times before management responded. They had someone come late in the night who said that they are not able to help. Eventually we figured out a way to turn the power supply to the furnace off which finally stopped the heat. We had 5 kids and no one slept until the temps came down late at night with the windows open. The management promised partial refund, but I haven't heard from them since. Several messages and phone calls later, no one has responded or refunded anything. The other night, the house next door had a loud party all night so no one could sleep again...
