'Bayside' 2 story Colonial with Guest Quarters & Central Air
- This home sleeps 11-13 at the most comfortably. It has 3 levels and a guest area with it's own entrance, kitchen/living room , full bathroom and bedroom with a Queen bed. Also it's own stack able washer & dryer.
The home has accommodated many wedding parties, golf outings, off season girls weekends for shopping & fairs. Family reunions enjoy the house most! There is plenty of room to roam . It caters to children providing amenities geared to them . Outside there is a swing set, sandbox, tree house and cozy coups for the young ones. The house provides games, movies and a list of things to do around Cape Cod during your stay. The yard also has tables and chairs, umbrella, grill, lighting on the deck as well as Tiki Torches. The kitchen is well equipped and all Beach & Baby equipment is also provided. At most parking is for 7 cars.
