This is always my go to hotel when in Newark due to affordable pricing and convenience. I have never had an issues at this location that was not able to be resolved. The only problem I had at this recent visit was the bed was very firm. I do not recall ever having a bed here that was so firm, I could not get comfortable. I should have said something that night, however I didn't have the energy to move all my stuff. When I checked out, I did ask do different rooms have different beds. The manager claims all the beds are the same however it is possible that some are more firm than others. She offered to ensure I was not put in that room again. Aside from the very firm bed, the rooms are spacious and clean and the shower had EXCELLENT water pressure. Breakfast also was very good .
