We loved the location, the wildlife, the hospitality and the ability to walk in a relaxed setting each morning. Close to everything for the day and still have the real feel of getting away. Thank you for such an original and comfortable stay!

A bit of a surprise.

This was a last minute booking made out of necessity. We did not investigate before hand. Our accommodation was the loft style room in the hosts "barn". Quite rustic. My wife characterized it as similar to a hostel you might encounter overseas. However, the room rate was exactly the same as a highly rated B&B but with almost no amenities. Not what we expected. Didn't see any other rooms at this property. Maybe the other rooms were commensurate with the room rate.On the plus side, the owner / host was extremely cordial.
