This home features a open living and dinning rooms, freshly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 1 bedroom and full bath on main floor. The upper level has 2 additional bedrooms and half bath, washer and dryer in unfinished basement. Exterior of home has a enclosed wrap around porch, one parking spot behind house with other street parking spots available. The Space: Remodeled 2022 inside and out with new paver patio and firepit!! Weekly/monthly discounts! The perfect home for making memories with friends and family for a football weekend or any other event. Plenty of room so everyone can have their own space including a fully finished basement with a 65” TV and new patio area in privacy fenced backyard. This quiet neighborhood is a very short walk to Notre Dame, keeping you close to the action with all the comforts of home. Perfect place for tail gating before the game, walk to campus! Lots of bars and restaurants at Eddie Street Commons available just 3 blocks away. We had a guys trip to South Bend for the ND OSU game. Location was a perfect walking distance to Eddy St Commons and campus. Doug was very responsive leading up to our stay. There is a Trader Joes within walking distance and a park across the street. The home was clean and fit the 6 of us in our family comfortably. I wish there were better window coverings. The paper shades in the front didn't fully cover the windows. Both Friday and Saturday night, there was a gathering of several adults in the park/playground across the street until about 10 p.m They had their cars parked out front and lined up running with music for a good amount of time while they were in the park hanging out. The only issue was the air conditioner upstairs didn't have the drain hose hooked up so we had to empty out the drip pan ourselves to keep the air running.
