In addition to that, the home was so spacious and clean with endless great amenities to make any trip convenient and low stress! Huge place with plenty of sleeping options for our group of 12 guys and great spaces for us to hang out both inside and outside. Walking distance to breakfast and to the Linebacker. It is clean comfortable, with plenty of beds/bedrooms & 3 living spaces to spread out and decompress. Lovely stocked coffee bar with 3 different coffee options. Well stocked kitchen and high-end toiletries. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to town and close to a variety of stores. Easy check-in. Nothing was amiss, so we had no need to contact hosts. Walking or very short drive to campus, Eddy Street, the Lax field and hoops stadium. Was able to partake in all of them. Would stay here again if and when the opportunity arises. ##### scott p. We comfortably slept 13 of us in the house. Everything was nicely appointed, very clean and well set up for a group of that size. The kitchen was well stocked. There were only 4 of us staying there the entire time, and the Home gave us each some desperately needed time to ourselves, with all the upstairs as well as downstairs rooms...following the Christmas hustle. I’ve been to many vrbo’s and never written a review. But I have to here. This is an amazing place to be. So clean. Has everything. In all a nice home. The home was clean and things were organized and stocked.A couple of things needing attention; master bath shower door frame at base should be caulked (left side), upper hall bath door sticks badly my grandson got stuck inside the bathroom and lower level shower needs gasket at bottom of door and when tunring on the hand held sprayer water comes out behind tile at the bottom.Outside areas of home needs a bit cleaning up. I had to spend time cleaning upper deck, table and chairs as well as cleaning bird droppings off all the seating around the fire pit. There should be a credit off the cleaning. ##### Joe T.
