Fantastic house and location.
The house was very big, clean and well furnished. Plenty of room for my party of 9. Great location for the ND game. Tanja is a great host. We felt very welcomed on arrival.

Perfect family place for a football weekend!
Tanja was a great host! We found it to be walkable to football stadium. The sunroom is a great place to hangout after a long day on campus. There is also a large living room if you need an extra space. We will definitely book this house again!

Perfect Notre Dame stay!
Our family had an incredible time at Tanja’s place for The ND USC game. Very close to campus, which was perfect, but a large house! So much room. Everything was very clean. We loved the sun room. Agreed between us all that this was the best stay we’ve had at ND - and we go every year!

Fantastic stay!
Fantastic stay! The house was very clean and had all of special touches that made our stay exceptional - loads of towels, bath products, muffins for breakfast, and comfortable beds! Great location for a quick 30 minute walk to center of campus.

house & stay were good -only suggestion is to have left the trash cans completely empty. they were both half full & we had a lot of trash from our stay (Im sorry to say but lots of people in & out & food & drinks.)

The accommodations were perfect. The ND stadium was just a brisk 18 minute walk. Tanja, the host, went over and beyond. We needed a pac-n-play and she found one for us prior to arrival. Supermarkets, restaurants and Eddy Commons were all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again. Thank you Tanja!!

Clean, spacious, great location!
What a great house for an ND game! Large family gathering places and a house stocked with essentials. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the grill and sitting out on the patio. Highly recommend!

Lovely, spacious home within walking distance to Notre Dame
Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed home! Bedrooms were large, beds comfy, and lots of "extras" were provided - the yummy muffins, juice, and milk were a plus! Great communication with host. Many of us walked to the ND football game (about 1 mile to the stadium). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect For ND Football
Easy walk to campus, Tanja was quick to reply and house well "stocked" with basics plus fresh muffins left for our arrival. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great location- Great house
We rented this house due to the proximity to the Notre Dame Campus. Due to my user error we had a slight glitch getting into the house, but Tanja was right there via text to help me. Upon arrival there was OJ, milk and muffins along with a Keurig and coffee k-cups. The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The sheets were newer and clean as well as the towels, fresh and fluffy. We couldn't have asked for a better place and will be back again for sure.

Great Game Weekend at Notre Dame

Great house! Perfect for our Notre Dame visit
I stayed at this house with my parents (70+), husband and daughter (4 years old). We were all very comfortable. The house is close to Notre Dame campus and well equipped. The host even provided coffee, milk and muffins. We were able to grill one night and ate dinner on the patio. Very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in South Bend
This is one of the best rental properties we have ever rented. The check in process was simple and they added little things. Milk & Juice in the frige and muffins on the counter. The space was big and nicely laid out. Location was great. We walked to the game, dinner, and the "Linebacker." We would definitely rent here again.

A great place for a large group
Although the weather didn’t cooperate we had a great time. The home is very spacious, has a great sunroom for all to gather in and also a large dining table that we could comfortably sit, talk and eat at. The house is very neat and clean. The owner made sure we had everything needed for our stay. It is an easy walk to the ND campus and the Eddy. We enjoy this place so much this is our third time renting it. Thanks Tanja for everything.

GREAT! No better place to stay near Notre Dame.
Great place to stay. Near ND. Exceptionally clean. Owners provide the nice little extra touches that made our stay feel like we were in our own homes.

Great Game Day Weekend!
We had a great Game Day weekend with the family! The house was perfect, we had plenty of room to sleep and relax, and Tanja was super helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Perfect for a large group
My family and I had a perfect weekend at ND. The house had plenty of space for everyone (there were eight adults) with a large living room and sun room. A large dining area with a table that seats ten, perfect for all of us to gather at.The home was very clean and comfortable. The backyard had a patio with table and chairs, plus a grill.The owner had thought of everything. She had supplied us with milk , juice, coffee and muffins. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. We were very impressed with the thought the owner had taken to make sure we enjoyed our trip. The walk to campus is a nice easy walk (a little over a mile). We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect house for a ND football weekend!
We stayed at this house for 3 nights on a ND football weekend. Plenty of room for our party of 8 with some space for a few more. House was very clean with updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Sun porch and patio were great for group gatherings. Great location as you can walk to the ND campus plus some of the local establishments.

Spacious, comfortable, welcoming home 1.3 miles from ND stadium.
This is a very comfortable, welcoming home 1.3 miles from stadium on the tree-covered residential part of Twyckenham. Some of the neighbors are probably rentals also. the house has 4 bedrooms in the bedroom wing, but lots of additional sleeping space, including: futon (off living room), blow up mattress space. There is a large dining table that seats about 10, plus a large air-conditioned room with modular couches, large living room, and a large enclosed backyard with a patio table (seats 8) and gas grill. If you need space for many, this is the house for you.

What a wonderful stay in a great house!
We stayed in this house for the ND/Stanford game weekend and we loved our stay! We had 9 adults and there was tons of room for all of us. Everything is clean and updated and there is tons of living space. They also had nice touches like leaving muffins, coffee, water and OJ for us. So nice! It definitely seemed like more of a rental property than someone's home that they moved out of for the weekend (no personal pictures, kid's stuffed animals, etc.), which we actually liked since it didn't feel like we were invading someone's personal space. There was tons of fridge space (and even a second small fridge in the three-season room) and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size. Everything was so CLEAN! We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Owners very responsive and accommodative. Rented home for ND football weekend. We only had 4 people, but the place could accommodate a much larger group than this. Will stay here again.
