Close to ND (5-6 min drive) but no restaurants/stores within walking distance. Temperature was different on each floor — super cold in basement and hot on third floor which is main floor with kitchen/family area — only one thermostat to control whole place. No table to eat at in kitchen, just 3 chairs at breakfast bar. Family room was big enough for us (2 adults, 3-4 kids) but probably need more space if more people. Communication was great until we advised the owner second floor toilet didn’t work and then got no reply rest of our stay. What I didn’t expect was non-attentiveness to details. I notified the company the front door lock didn’t work (battery suggested by them) and no one came to replace the entire stay. This forced us to use the garage door which had no clear side walk and we were walking to campus and dinners. The coffee machine was broken, no kitchen foil/saran wrap, no hand soap at sinks or face face tissues. The basement bedroom had no place to put your phone or glasses or a glass of water except the floor. The structure was fun, the location was great but for $3000 the details should have been better.
