Great House for ND Weekend

We had a great weekend here. The pictures do not do the house justice. Rooms are nice sizes. The living room is great. Jeff was a great communicator during our stay.

Great place and great host

Property has all that you need for a great weekend including amenities for a tailgate if in for a football game. Jeff was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond.

Football weekend

Came in for the Pitt/ND game-- accommodations were superb. House is a quick 10-minute drive to campus and plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Jeff made sure everything was properly setup and answered any questions we had. Would definitely book this property again!

Great house, perfect spot for a Notre Dame game. I would give it 5 stars, but there was a pricing issue. Make sure you double-check with the owner about his listed price. He was trying to get me to pay 500 extra under the table. I was hoping he canceled me because Vrbo was going to gove me all my money back and %200 credit for a new retal. O well great stay anyways.

Best Home Away from Home

After 4 years of renting through other rental sites, we have found the perfect home! If you are traveling to South Bend, you will not find a more perfect property. My parents kept commenting on how nice the house was. We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from Notre Dame, and will definitely make it our home away from home when we visit in the future!

Awesome time!

Accommodations were just what we were looking for! A spacious, clean house In a safe quiet neighborhood. The home was easy to find and close to all shopping areas. The owner, Jeff, was extremely helpful & easy to work with. He alsways responded promptly with suggestions for restaurants, outings and more. My young adults were delightfully surprised to find a Notre Dame Beer Pong Table & PS4. I was pleased to see spices for cooking that made cooking for my large family a breeze. There was room in the garage for my large SUV. I highly recommend this rental!

Football Weekend

House had wide open floor plan, well-supplied kitchen, and was football weekend ready. Immediately after we left, homeowner texted us that we had left a couple of articles behind. Throughout two months, we made repeated attempts to retrieve these items. Each time he said it was inconvenient. Then the homeowner advised us to send him $$ for postage and his trouble, stating that the items would be returned that week. It has now been another 2 months. Our $$ spent for postage and handling was in vain. Nothing has been returned. And he has failed to respond to our inquiries. Beware.

Great time at Notre Dame

Great spot here in South Bend. The owner is very friendly and very easy to work with. Property is very clean and well kept. Perfect for a football weekend. A highlight is the full cable TV in every room! Location is in a quiet neighborhood not far from the main drag in South Bend. Highly recommended!!
