On the main level, this home has lots of room to spread out with it's 2 living spaces both with large screen Roku TV's, an open kitchen that's very clean and accommodating with stainless steel appliances and lots of storage. The Space: The primary bedroom is located on the main floor as well with it's own bath and walk in closet, with half bath and laundry room. You will find two additional large bedrooms with full bath on the upper level. Back yard has a patio area with table and chairs, large back yard and parking for 10 plus cars. Close to Notre Dame, very open modern home. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement, The Neighborhood: Home is located on the northeast side of campus with an 5-10 mins drive to the stadium, UP Mall and Downtown South Bend. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, buses and Taxis available. Other Things to Note: Additional house rules 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 5\. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Upstairs bedrooms are dormers, but we knew that in advance. The layout of the home is comfortable and the kitchen/living combination area worked really well for our group. We didn't really use the game room, but it is spacious and would be great for groups watching football. Traffic on the main road can be a bit loud, but it didn't bother us.
