Did not receive advanced notification of check in process and when I reached out to the property manager they stated that the dates on his end were not for that date but he would 'upgrade' us to another room. Room was a huge downgrade - completely different then the room that was booked and dirty! Property manager did not answer our call and finally responded to a text when we said we were leaving and please refund our money. He tried to refund only a portion of the money and had to message him back and he finally refunded the balance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Irish Luxury! The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the apartment was exactly as described. The view of downtown and the river from the private balcony were amazing and we were within walking distance to downtown’s shops and restaurants and theaters. I think it took us about 5 minutes to walk from the apartment to our various restaurants each day.
