This newly remodeled (2024) 3 bedroom 1 bath home is clean and modern featuring 2 bedrooms on the main floor along with a living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. The lower level has a family room and 3rd bedroom with egress along with a laundry room with washer dryer. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's is just a short walk away. The Space: 5 blocks from Notre Dames front gate! This newly remodeled (2024) 3 bedroom 1 bath home is clean and modern featuring 2 bedrooms on the main floor along with a living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. The lower level has a family room and 3rd bedroom with egress along with a laundry room with washer dryer. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's is just a short walk away. The 2 upper bedrooms have 1 queen bed & 1 full size bed. The lower bedroom has 1 twin beds. The washer & dryer are located in the lower level. Home has 3 smart TV's. 1 in the main floor living room, 1 in one of the main floor bedrooms and 1 in the lower level family room. The firepit requires wood, guest to supply. A Keurig coffee maker is available in the kitchen. Guest Access: Entire home The Neighborhood: House is located in the Harter Heights area of South Bend which is on the south side of campus, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joes are just a short walk away. Down town South Bend and the UP Mall are both within a 10-15 min drive. Getting Around: Uber, taxis and buses are available as well as Bird Scooters which you can rent. Other Things to Note: Additional house rules 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed.
