Modern home (517) 5 blocks from Notre Dames front gate! This newly remodeled (2024) 3 bedroom 1 bath home is clean and modern featuring 2 bedrooms on the main floor along with a living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. The lower level has a family room and 3rd bedroom with egress along with a laundry room with washer dryer. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's is just a short walk away. Entire home Property manager will be available upon request. House is located in the Harter Heights area of South Bend which is on the south side of campus, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joes are just a short walk away. Down town South Bend and the UP Mall are both within a 10-15 min drive. Additional house rules 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 5\. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
