'16 Grads Home w/ Fenced Yard
Owned by a '16 grad, this house has a lot of open space on the first floor and a nice fenced in yard for entertaining before and after the big game/event. There is a mudroom with a full-sized empty refrigerator for storage of food and drinks. The 3 bedrooms have new queen mattresses. Location is a 1.3mi walk to the stadium and is just two blocks north of the infamous Rocco's!
This home is decorated with personal photography of various Notre Dame experiences taken by the owner and father ('85), bringing the Notre Dame experience to any guests!
