Ian & Martha at the front desk were awesome! And Mark at the Bar was amazing. The room was great and the microwave and fridge are always awesome to have in a room. I stayed in a renovated room on the top floor and had a view of the ocean from my room. You can hear the noise on the street but its normal in a busy city and wasn't to bad at night. Found several hairs in various places in the bathroom. Fridge was dirty. We did not use Housekeeping services during our stay but was accommodated when we requested fresh towels. Location was downtown and dirty outside. No parking/valet unless you circle around building to next street over for an off-site 3rd party parking garage. Internet in room was down so we could not use the TV (booked this hotel for a rest day to watch TV in bed) and the shower had a leak which pooled water in the bathroom, no phone located inside room to alert downstairs desk.
