Pros: - convenient location - big rooms - can’t hear the hallways or other rooms - amenities Cons: - pillows are awful - they didn’t have any sheets for the crib or a pack and play - room had weird odor and generally old like shower needed a deep scrub and a new coat of paint kind of thing - hotel needs more and bigger elevators

We chose the hotel because it had a spa, which didnt disappoint and an outdoor pool. Overall hotel is very well maintained. Pool area a little small for the amount of guests, not enough lounge chairs..However Moises at the pool bar is a gem. Smiles easily, patient- considering ordering food can be challenging...he could use a food runner when its busy. Hotel ambience upscale and we felt safe. Our room was very nice and clean, Updated decor, spacious. Complimentary soap, shampoo etc were very, very nice. The view from our room not so nice as we mainly faced a brick wall, they should have discussed a possible upgrade$$?? Fortunately, we were only in the room for the most part to shower and sleep. Room was very quiet. The Restaurant wasvery busy and was challenged at breakfast time...seating and service experienced delays but the staff was always pleasant. Breakfast was pricey. Location on the Wharf was excellent. Would definitely stay again but would discuss room location and possible breakfast included price!

If you have the opportunity eat at the wharf and experience the fish market. Convenient to the water taxi and most downtown locations. We used Uber to get around. Hotel staff is not very available or helpful. Rooms were kind of clean. Mini bar fridge is not stocked unless you request it and will not hold much.

This hotel is pretty well located and maintained, however, the check-in staff mentioned that breakfast was included when I checked-in. The next morning we go to breakfast and told about the offerings, then a second staff member comes after we start grabbing food demanding for vouchers. Since we were also asked to pay nearly $70 at check-in after prepaying the room, we weren't clear what she's talking about, no manager was available, and we just left breakfast. This also happened to another guest who was at breakfast at the same time. After asking what the $70 charge was about, the front desk said it's for Wi-Fi and other "amenities" offered by the hotel. Given that we got no housekeeping the next day or other "amenties" this charge seems rather criminal.

We loved our stay at the property, but would not say that it is comparable to other five star hotels like The Plaza in NYC. There was no doorman or porter to assist with transportation or luggage which is normally something that makes our stay so much easier. The room was well appointed and the linens were luxurious and bed was very comfortable. Our room was very quiet- even in a very busy part of town. Our package came with free breakfast for two and a bottle of wine. We did not get the bottle of wine upon check-in and I had to ask for it the second day when I realized it was included. The on-site restaurants for both breakfast and dinner were disappointing. Three out of the four times that we dined in them there here was no host at the stand and the one time that there was they were on their phone texting. The weight staff rarely came back to check on food quality or to see if we needed anything else during our meals. This took away from the overall experience of the hotel.
