Every detail has been carefully thought through. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Stayed in a premium king/twin room and it was huge with firm but comfortable beds. Bathroom was fantastic with little extras like the salt scrub in the shower. We had a spa package with body scrub, massage and facials which was enjoyable. Spa is well presented and spa manager was very attentive and eager to ensure our visit was as relaxing as possible. Breakfast was in the restaurant at the sister hotel across the road. Decent variety of foods and they were able to accommodate a food allergy with ease. Location was perfect for us, as it was a short 4-5 min walk to Pub Street in one direction and the same to the Night Market along the river in the other direction. Plenty of places to eat and tuk tuks are easy to find although the hotel can also arrange those. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
