Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Ein großer Balkon ist vorhanden. Ein Parkplatz ist vor der Tür in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage, die mit einer Schranke versehen ist. Das Haus ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom See entfernt und ca 1 Kilometer in den Ort.
