Les extérieurs de la maison sont spacieux et agréables, pas de vis à vis. La maison est très bien située, proche à pieds du lac marin, du centre de vieux boucau et de l’océan. Le gros point d’amélioration est sur l’intérieur et les équipements de la maison qui sont d’époque et assez vieillot, et pourraient être plus fonctionnels.
