Located in Soupex, the holiday home Villa avec Piscine Soupex offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, a dormitory for 8 people, 3 bathrooms and 3 additional toilets, accommodating up to 20 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Please note that air conditioning is not provided. The private outdoor area includes a pool (open from June to September), a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities.



The property is a 10-minute drive from the St Ferrol leisure centre, 15 minutes from Castelnaudary, 45 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, 50 minutes from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from the beaches of Gruissan.

Smoking and events are not permitted. Please leave the sheets and towels in the laundry room before your departure. Final cleaning must be carried out by you.

Warm atmosphere

We stayed only two days, winter time, so that we could not profit from the exterior, but we saw the potential. We particularly liked the interior decoration.
