"There was no shuttle provided when u reached the outer harbour by ferry. We had to got on a taxis to get there. No instructions was given on how to get there even after writing to them about a few weeks prior to checking in asking them about shuttles!"

"This hotel is right in the middle of Macau, which was nice. It’s a hit hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the area, but once you know where it is, it’s very manageable to get to. "

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."

"Personally, I think that the hotel is well located, but the windows of the hotel are not soundproof enough. There is also a construction going nearby, the hotel staff should inform the guests earlier. Noises were made throughout the night which made our stay feel very nuisance & uncomfortable."

"Room is okay. It was expensive for us as we went there during Christmas. Location is good. Rooms are small but it is clean. Checkin process is bit longer that expected. It took us 1 hour."
