New F1 Apartment 40 m² Located in the "La Villa Moraine" area of half a hectare, this cottage located on the first floor of the Villa -Chalet has a separate entrance. Close to Munster, it allows for its location all tourist activities (visit Munster, Colmar, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, ...), sports (hiking, mountain biking, skiing, ...), relaxation (swimming pool and terrace, pétanque, playground, ...) It has a beautiful independent outdoor terrace of around 50 m² with arbor and barbecue, not to mention access to the Domaine's outdoor swimming pool! The ideal place to spend a week of vacation in central Alsace for 2 people. All inclusive.

Het was een klein, maar aangenaam appartementje. Alles was aanwezig. Ook enkele koffietjes stonden klaar bij aankomst. De gastvrouw is supervriendelijk. Er hingen alleen veel stofnetten onder de vensterbak en op andere hoekjes van de kamer. Maar verder was het verblijf heel fijn.

gite la tanière

dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté que dans le pavillon c'était pour 4 gites de famille différentes pas précisé sur abritel et que le gite faisait environs 30m carré très très petit ressemble plus a un studio avec un mini frigo sans congélateur que la place de mettre les glaçons.la salle de bain avec baignoire et le WC a coté pas top et très peut au chaude.barbecue des voisins de l'autre gite donne dans la fenêtre de notre cuisinela piscine est pour les 4 gites pas précisé dans l'annoncea une 20 m une pension canine qui aboie jour et nuit.nous avons pas profiter de notre espace barbecue car trop loin du gite environ 40 m

La Tanière is een praktisch appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het was netjes en schoon. Het bed is maar 140x190cm, iets om rekening mee te houden. De inrichting is half "oude meubels van oma" en half nieuw meubilair. Het bijbehorende terras is achter een schuur, tussen halfhoge betonnen muren. In september komt de zon er alleen rond het middaguur op. We hebben er dus niet gezeten. Rondom de villa zijn er wat fonteinen, die zagen eruit als "vergane glorie". Het zwembad en het bijbehorende uitzicht was heel mooi en er zijn ligbedden. We vonden het jammer dat onze aankomst te laat was geworden, zodat de (vriendelijke) beheerder niet aanwezig kon zijn met uitleg.

Un vrai bonheur

Petit appartement très propre et bien agencé. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Seul petit bémol, nous n'avions aucun réseau téléphonique. Heureusement que nous avions la wifi pour pouvoir appeler par WhatsApp. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

très bon séjour

appartement très propre et sympa. La propriétaire très professionnelle :pas d'accueil chaleureux avec un petit mot, biscuit ou autre. équipement complet strict minimum (pas de café,poivre,sel..). pas d'outil de déneigement(voisin sympa merci pour le prêt) et appart froid les 2 premiers jours .

Studio à l'étage d'un superbe chalet, avec accès piscine partagée. Les "+" : .Très bien comme point de fixation quand on veut randonner dans la vallée de Munster. .Rapport qualité/Prix .Propriétaire très sympa et arrangeante .TV, WiFi .espace "privatif" pour barbeque, avec transat Les "-": .pas très lumineux .espace extérieur dédié est à une 20aine de mètres, pas le plus pratique pour prendre son petit déjeuner (mais pas rédibitoire non plus !) Appréciation globale largement positive, donne envie d'y retourner (il y a aussi d'autres appartements dans le chalet)

Bel appartement.

Bel agencement pour un studio. Manque juste une petite cafetière. ! Nous en avons discuté avec la propriétaire qui a pu être à notre écoute. Appartement en pleine campagne mais à proximité des différents lieux à visiter en Alsace. Il faut absolument la voiture !
