An ideal and friendly place for family holidays at the water's edge. The charm of this Villa 2 steps from the beaches and shops awaits you for a relaxing holiday. You will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a master bedroom with its shower room and WC, a living room and dining room, a large kitchen and scullery, a bathroom/WC. In the basement with outside access, a large studio is furnished with its bedroom (double bed), a living room with sofa, a corner of water (washbasin) with WC. Fenced garden with barbecue. Deposit to be paid on site. Holiday vouchers accepted.
