Located on the 1st floor (with a narrow elevator), it comprises a 22 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower), bed linen and towels included. We're just waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows  
\- A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a double bed (140×190) separated by a transparent partition.  
\- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC

\- A 3 m² east-facing balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The studio is ideally located in Soulac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Overall, it is a nice Apartment close to the Beach with nearly everything you need for your stay. We missed some Things which should be there, for example Scissors, toilet paper, laundry detergent.It smells a little bit of Cigarette smoke, but IT was OK for us.
