You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Fully renovated 4P gîte with view on the pool

The gîte Duras has a surface of 72 m², spread over two floors. The ground floor includes a living room, a well-equipped open kitchen and a separate storage room. The upper floor includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate toilet area and a bathroom with shower. From the terrace of the cottage you overlook the swimming pool.  
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a gas fire with 4 basins and oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a large and small pan, four cooking pots, some oven dishes and many small kitchen equipment.  
Who wants, can use the common washing machine. There is a drying rack, an ironing board and an iron in your storage room.  
On simple request we provide you with a baby cot and a highchair.
