Huoneisto oli hyvällä paikalla, lähellä laskettelurinteitä ja hiihtolatuja. Huone oli todella siisti. Huoneessa oli myös käytössä maksukanavia, siitä plussaa. Parkkipaikkoja olisi voinut olla enemmän, useita paikkoja oli lumikasojen alla.
