With a stunning view, close to the beach and friendly staffs, I would like to return to this hotel next time. The food is the View restaurant was delicious!

Oh my goodness, myself and my husband cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is pure perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the food, ambiance and hotel/room was more than perfect. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

What a find! Wonderful hotel. Short taxi/Uber ride from airport. Walking distance to train station, bus station, old town, marina and although a little further, a shopping centre. Lovely outdoor area. Free coffee. Samsung TV with mirroring. Great shower in bathroom. Basic kitchen. Balcony. Air con. Comfy bed. Very clean and modern. We will be back.

💐 first of all Sara the host was very nice person, smiling Face, very good attitude, helpful for everything. The apartment like a luxury one the room was very big, very sophisticated kitchen etc. The host and staff made me feel as I am at home, highly recommend this place and definitely come back 👏👏👏

This Hotel is a family run business with a focus on hospitality and friendliness. The room was adequate for what we wanted but was old fashioned with a small balcony. Everything else about this hotel was exceptional, the pool area, the breakfast, the cuisine all 5 star. Then you walk out of the pool area into the very well kept gardens and the ponds. Within the ponds you find an array of friendly turtles, if you remember to take a few slices of bread from the breakfast table these turtles...

we loved our week in vila gale praia it would have been perfect but the weather was pretty bad....rain wind storms etc most days...luckily last two days sun came out & we sat around the pool (cold but I did have a dip) hotel restaurant great we ate there twice and breakfast fresh and delicious loads of choice and lovely fresh fruit even a bucks fizz if you wanted it! hotel is very tranquil and has a lovely spa (free) with huge jacuzzi pool sauna & steam room which we made lots of use of when...

This was a great hotel apartment with excellent facilities, particularly those travelling with young children. The apartment had a modern kitchen, huge dining/living area, bedroom for the kids with their own toilet/shower and a master on-suite bedroom. Plus a decent balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were on the whole friendly and spoke good English. The facilities were very good, with plenty of sunbeds around the pool and an indoor heated pool for young children

The hotel was comfortable, clean and bright. It's main 'attraction' for me was not the waterpark, (which is included in the price and is excellent), but it's staff. They rescued us by sending my daughter's mobile phone in a taxi, to the airport when we realised two hours before departure that she had unfortunately left it in the room! Food at the hotel was reasonable and there were local restaurants a short stroll away from the hotel. Two drawbacks are that there is no free wifi in the rooms...

I travelled to Vilamoura with my mother and my three children. We occupied two twin rooms during our four night stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It surpassed all of our expectations I love the shower and deep bath tub . The staff were extremely kind, courteous and professional and went the extra mi. The view from the third floor was great as you could see above and beyond the landscape. The balcony was very very large. The walk to the beach as pleasant as there is a leafy garden...

The Staff were All Amazing especially Lou & Cesar the Breakfasts had plenty of choice. The Freshly squeezed Orange Juice is Fabulous. Ideal Location for a lovely relaxing holiday We Will be visiting this hotel again next Year

Great location, nice and central to the marina and old town (less than 10 mins walk). The interior is characterful and had recently been refurbished so everything was clean and fresh. In particular the bathroom was spotless and had a great shower. All the staff were great, particularly Rima the housekeeper - she was amazing, helpful and polite.

It was a fantastic experience. We were welcomed at the reception by Peter whose amiable and happy to have you made us felt that we were being welcomed by Saint Peters himself to Paradise. And then we met Stephen Marriott, very lovely guy: always asking how we were enjoying the resort and if there was anymore he could do. Everything was beautifully arranged and enjoyable; from the nice and well prepared breakfast to the house keeping. And may I say that the most beautiful thing about the hotel...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight was the exceptional service from staff, everyone was welcoming but Bianca went above and beyond for us! Super welcoming and helpful!
