Obwohl das Haus schön außerhalb des kleinen Dorfes liegt, sind die umliegenden Gebäude zurückgelassen oder werden als Dienstleistungsgebäude genutzt. Die sehr nasse Jahreszeit der letzten Monate hat einige schlimme Dinge hinterlassen. Nach vier Tagen verließen wir das Hotel, weil es immer wieder fürchterlich nach Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel und dem Rauch von Kaminen in der Nähe roch. Wir brachen auf, um zum Strand in der Normandie zurückzukehren, und als wir nach Hause kamen, wuschen wir aufgrund des Schimmelgeruchs jedes Kleidungsstück. Das Haus selbst ist gut (einfach) eingerichtet, ebenso die Küche. Die Aussicht ist ausgezeichnet. Wir waren uns sicher, dass das Haus ein schöner Aufenthaltsort war, aber heute bedarf es einiger Investitionen, um es wieder auf das von Belvilla erwartete Niveau zu bringen. ##### Ton B. Der Eigentümer hat die Schlüsselübergabe und die Tour an das ein paar Häuser entfernte Puygareau ausgelagert. Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Bett ist fertig. Toilettensitze und Gartenstühle wurden bereits ausgetauscht, müssen aber beachtet werden. Die Umwelt ist sehr ländlich: zwischen Sonnenblumen-, Mais-und Getreidefeldern. Mittelalterliche Häuser; teils renoviert und bewohnt, teils unbewohnt (unbewohnbar), im Hintergrund die Überreste einer Burg (eine der vielen in dieser Gegend) mit Mauern oder was davon übrig geblieben ist. Wir wurden von einer freundlichen Dame begrüßt, die an diesem superwarmen Tag bereits eine frische Flasche Wasser für uns vorbereitet hatte und für den Abend eine schöne Flasche roten Saumur-Wein. Top! Das Haus ist super gemütlich und wir und unser Welpe fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Aussicht vom Haus und vom Garten ist wunderschön, Getreide- und Sonnenblumenfelder, eine weite Aussicht auf die hügelige Landschaft, sehr ruhige Umgebung. ##### Jan F. In unmittelbarer Nähe können Sie spazieren gehen. Supermärkte ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
