Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. Room cramped, shoddy; everything done as cheaply as possible, and badly. Sign above 'reception' desk requests 5-star review, which must be a joke as there is no service.

0 grados en Soria y ponen la calefacción a ratos. Pasamos frío. Apenas hay enchufes en la habitación, la cama está encajonada, no puedes ni abrir el armario. Lo bueno es que hay nevera y microondas. Check-in rápido y la ducha en buen estado. Buena ubicación para aparcar gratis y rápidoz cerca del centro.

La habitación era estrecha. Pagué por una habitación de tres camas y me dieron una de dos camas por el mismo precio. Pese a que nos dijeron que el precio se mantenía en 53 € porque subíamos de categoría (hostal a hotel), la categoría en realidad era la misma.
