As soon as you enter, you'll be seduced by the large, bright living room of around 52m², which opens onto a modern kitchen with its central stainless steel island. The 51m² wooden terrace, which is partially covered, invites you to enjoy moments of outdoor relaxation, in an enchanting setting surrounded by the natural beauty of the back woodland-style garden. Upstairs, the south-facing master suite is a real cocoon, with its private balcony, dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Two other bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe, welcome you with 140cm beds, and a second bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and WC is also at your disposal. A garage with storeroom, equipped with washing machine, washbasin and WC, adds further convenience to your stay. Villa HOUX et IVY is ideally designed to accommodate three couples or a family. La maison est agréable et magnifiquement située à proximité du centre et du lac.Il existe cependant plusieurs points à améliorer concernant la façon dont la maison est préparée pour la location - par exemple le ménage n'était pas à la hauteur, la majorité des éclairages extérieurs et des ampoules intérieures ne fonctionnaient pas, et nous avons manqué d'eau chaude les deux premiers jours à cause d'une erreur de l'agence de location. Ce ne sont pas des choses difficiles et devraient être faciles à vérifier avant l'arrivée des locataires et nous ne voulions pas passer du temps sur ces choses pendant nos vacances, même si nous devions bien sûr prendre contact concernant l'eau chaude.En résumé, c'est dommage vu que la maison est jolie et le village magnifique. ##### Estelle O. Maison bien équipée et literies de qualité. Il est à déplorer quelques dysfonctionnements (lave vaisselle, sèche serviette, luminaires) mais rien de bien important (éléments pris en compte par l'agence chargée de la location).
