Villa 'Sporting droit'
This completely renovated, modern and comfortable apartment extends over 90 m2 and has a 400 m2 wooded garden. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The large living room includes a lounge area with TV and a friendly dining area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower are on the ground floor, while a third attic bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilet is located upstairs.
The kitchen, fully equipped and furnished, opens onto a pleasant terrace with pergola, equipped with a summer kitchen, and overlooks a private garden and sheltered from view, ideal for relaxing evenings.
The private land offers the possibility to park several vehicles.
Energy package: A supplement of 35 euros per week is applied before 01/06 and after 30/09.
Optional end of stay cleaning: 150 euros.
