Ranked 1\* in 2022. Entrance with 2 large closets. Living room (4.45 x 3.97) with lounge area (3.31 x 2.7) (a sofa bed for 2 people) closed by sliding door. West-facing balcony with view of the dunes. Bedroom (2.69x3.65) 1 bed 140: East facing at the back of the residence with balcony. Independent kitchen facing East on the back of the residence (2.47x2.81): fridge-freezer, microwave, gas cooker (3 gas burners + 1 electric) and oven. Shower room (1.28x2.69): basin, shower and washing machine. Independent WC. Air parking common to the residence. The residence is very well located, an ideal location for going to the beach on foot and in the evening to go and see the sunsets.
