HOSSEGOR- Between the "North beach" and the "Gravière beach", very pleasant apartment of around 58 m² in a small residence of 12 apartments overlooking the dunes on the 2nd floor (no lift). Ranked 1* in 2022.
Entrance with 2 large closets. Living room (4.45 x 3.97) with lounge area (3.31 x 2.7) (a sofa bed for 2 people) closed by sliding door. West-facing balcony with view of the dunes.
Bedroom (2.69x3.65) 1 bed 140: East facing at the back of the residence with balcony. Independent kitchen facing East on the back of the residence (2.47x2.81): fridge-freezer, microwave, gas cooker (3 gas burners + 1 electric) and oven. Shower room (1.28x2.69): basin, shower and washing machine. Independent WC. Air parking common to the residence.
The residence is very well located, an ideal location for going to the beach on foot and in the evening to go and see the sunsets. A "paillote restaurant" is located on this beach for dinner or lunch. You can rent this apartment in all seasons because it is equipped with central heating (contact us). Household linen is not provided. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
