This superb renovated and tastefully decorated apartment includes an entrance opening onto a beautiful, light and bright living room, with sofa, television and office area facing the pine trees. Open kitchen, fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer.   
A bedroom with a 160 bed with cupboard and direct access to the terrace. A cabin with a 90 cm bed, a 90 cm trundle bed and an office space. A bathroom with heated towel rail. A separate toilet.   
The apartment has a large terrace facing the pine trees.   
An overhead parking space.   
PETS NOT ALLOWED. WIFI. The electricity package is included from January 1 to mid-June and from September to December 31\. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
