This charming apartment of 37 m 2, ideal for up to four people, is located on the 2nd and last floor of a residence without elevator. Nestled in a quiet environment while being close to the ocean, it promises you a pleasant stay.
The entrance has a cozy alcove, furnished with two bunk beds insulated by a curtain for more privacy. It also leads to the independent toilets and a well-appointed bathroom. The bright living room includes a comfortable lounge area, a dining area, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen, giving access to a balcony furnished with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. A cozy room with a double bed completes this holiday cocoon.
For your comfort, a private parking space in the basement is at your disposal. You can also enjoy the swimming pool of the residence and secure bicycle rooms, perfect for exploring the surroundings with ease.

Logement très bien placé et fonctionnel. Idéal pour une semaine de vacance en famille. Proximité du lac et de l'océan et des commerces à pieds très appréciable.
