Beachside Apartment with Pool, Parking, and Sea Views in Hossegor – Sleeps 4

This 4-person apartment, located on the 3rd floor, offers:

- Living room with sofa bed and kitchenette
- Bathroom
- Separate toilet
- Bedroom with 140cm double bed
- Sleeping area with bunk beds FOR CHILDREN (under 12)
- Balcony (PLEASE NOTE: facade renovation work is underway until mid-2026, so the exterior will be inaccessible).

Washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, TV.

One underground parking space.
Access to the residence's shared swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September.

End-of-stay cleaning and linens are not included in the stay. Please contact us for rates. Upon collection of the keys, two deposits will be required: one of €500 for the accommodation and one of €90 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

Pets are not allowed.
