Sehr,sehr schöne Lage: zum Seeufer mit Pinienbestand sind es knapp 20 Meter. Einige nette Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Komfort in der Wohnung müsste ergänzt werden durch eine rutschfeste Matte im Badezimmerund unbedingt neue hübsche Sitzkissen für alle Stühle. Le domaine Aïga est bien situé, au calme et à 50 m du lac d'Hossegor. Meublé avec soin. Seul bémol, cet appartement est à l'ombre, au nord, du moins en Juin et de ce fait assez froid.
