The front desk staff wasn’t helpful at all. The ac in our room didn’t work the two hours we were in there. When I went to tell them that, they acted like I was a huge inconvenience and actually wanted me to wait longer.
The fact that this hotel didn’t offer any kind of complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. For the amount I paid for this room there should have been something available for breakfast.
The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was shower scum on the shower floor, the toilet continued to run, and there were spots on the bedding.
I won’t be staying here again.

"I was awakened by loud noises that sounded like doors being slammed, heavy objects being dropped. This started at 3:00 AM and continued until 5:00 AM when I had to leave. The refrigerator sometimes vibrated and made noise during the night."
