"El apartamento es sencillo pero funcional, pero la ubicación hace que sea una muy mala opción. Esta situado en una calle en la que hay bares con terraza de 7 am hasta las 3 am. El ruido es continuo durante 20 horas al dia, es imposible dormir. Nos fuimos antes de finalizar nuestra estancia pese a perder el dinero. Por otro lado, el anuncio dice que tiene parking pero no es real, hay 6 plazas de aparcamiento comunitarias para un edificio con muchos apartamentos, no tienes plaza de aparcamiento....

"We arrived in Santander bus station at 11 pm to find the local buses were stopped and taxis were on strike. The owner very kindly came and picked us up. The flat was clean and freshly decorated but very much had the feel of a student flat, not homely and a few minor inconveniences, eg the shower head leaked and did not stay in place, there was a lot of food left in the kitchen, some beyond its sell by date. "I arrived several hours early and the staff were extremely helpful. They told me they would try and get my room ready as soon as possible. I decided to go into town and explore a bit and they stored my luggage for me while I was gone. I got back and the room was ready. I had a ground floor room no A/C but there was a pretty powerful fan and windows that let in a nice cool breeze. The temperature averaged around 19 degrees and was very comfortable. It was a delightful place to rest and relax. I was there 4 days. I would definitely book again."
