Additional amenities include reversible heating with remote control, electric radiator in the bathroom, 1 baby crib, and shared toys and books for children.  
  
Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden with a refreshing shared outdoor pool, your private uncovered terrace, and a private grill for evening meals. The secure and peaceful environment ensures calm and tranquility during your stay.  
  
1 shared on-site parking space is available within the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted to preserve the peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation is attached to the owners' house but maintains complete independence while offering discreet and caring presence if needed.  
  
The villa is situated 1 km from the historic center of Sommières, a lively medieval town crossed by the Vidourle River, famous for its traditional market, cobbled streets, and old Roman bridge. Mediterranean beaches are just 35 km away, while Nîmes and Montpellier, rich in history and events, are 30 km from the property.
