Lobby and exterior of building very nice. Breakfast, very Good, staff friendly. Room was substandard. Clammy, A/C poor, musty smelling, poor finish. Had better rooms at Best Western.

The hotel itself was nice. However, our suite had poop on the front and back of the bathroom door. When we reported it they said there was nothing they could do other than sending up someone from cleaning. They did this promptly, but still. There were multiple thick smears of poop that was initially missed.

"The first room they gave me had a very noisy AC unit, something was obviously wrong with it. The second room was just fine. A small thing, but everytime I went to the front desk there was no one there, I had to call a number which made the front desk phone ring in the back."
