The open layout is both inviting and efficient. With island seating for four, a sitting room, dining room and coffee bar, this space offers many options for work, play and everything in between. So I asked and Brad responded and informed me that indeed this is the lower floor of a ranch style home. It has its own entrance and patio. I was disappointed but there was not much I could do seeing that we had passed the cancellation date. Once we arrived there was parking clearly marked. The backyard is beautiful and well kept. The lower level has its own entrance and was easy to access. The bedrooms were very nice and the kitchen and living area was great. It fit our needs very well. A couple of things to know is that communication with the people living upstairs was delayed at first. It happens so that wasn’t concerning. One thing that did happen, this was after our second night, the residents had a project they were working on and started using a jackhammer at 8:30-9am. It continued for hours. No one informed us that there would be this kind of work taking place at any point. I get it, it’s summer and a great time to get work done. However a bit of a heads up would have been nice.
