"the property had a bad bad leak in the a/c it flooded from upstairs and the dishwasher was flooding as well the house was 84 degrees for two days before they fixed it then it got to 73 and was still hot, stove wouldn’t cook evenly and it took longer to cook, 2 beds were broken, only 15 sets of towels for 50 guests! this property was horrible! definitely would not recommend"

"What a wonderful stay! Very clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Host has so many things for families with small children. My grandkids, ages 4 and 2, loved the many toys already there to enjoy. There are many pool toys also. We can’t wait to return!"

"My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and the home was clean and comfortable. The communication with the hosts was great. They were quick to answer any questions we had. You may need to bring extra towels, but there is a washer and dryer to help out with that as well. We missed out on the on-site water activities that were available because we were late getting back while exploring other places. We wish we could have taken advantage of it since that was one of the reasons we chose this home, but there was a small pool at the home to cool off in. The size of the pool was great because we had small children. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved this place, the house and Solterra. House was clean, comfortable and so close to the community pool - loved the lazy river and the convenience of the Bar and Grill. Highly recommend the pool heat for the house, too! Too nice not to enjoy!!"
