"I booked this home for my family. It was 18 of us. The home had more than enough room and space for our group. I always love when we can book homes where everyone has their own bathroom. From the beginning with my pre-booking questions and post-booking questions, Craig the owner was very kind, helpful and quick to respond. He provided information about places to shop, eat and do activities in the area. While there we did run into an issue with the air conditioner not working. I messaged Craig's representative Dario and he was on it quickly. He ultimately had to source someone to come and fix the air conditioner and my group was very happy. We did have an issue with some of the cooking supplies lacking in the kitchen for our large group but once I notified Dario/Craig that I purchased some pans that would be left at the home for others to use, I was reimbursed. I did share a couple of other minor things with Craig after we checked out of the home (for example, the sliding door was hard to open and close and the grill we rented could have been cleaned a little better) but he was very welcoming and open to suggestions. I would surely rent from him again."

"This house really met all of our needs. This was a family vacation with five different families. The pool was used alot especially after a long hot day at the theme parks. The child safety mesh net across the pool was greatly appreciated as there were toddlers. The washer and dryer came in very handy as we were there for 10 days. The game room was loved by all ages. The bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was big and the living room was a great place to just hang out put your feet up, relax and visit. We didnt use the outside projector, we would have used it but couldn't find any instructions on how to use it, i did reach out to the owner on the sixth day of our 10 day stay and he sent me a video. I would suggest getting that and other instructional videos sent to you at the beginning of your stay. That to me was a negative and another negative was the AC should be turned up, downstairs was very warm and the MickeyMinnie room was very warm (hard to sleep). It was better upstairs. It was clean and neat when we arrived and it was basically easy to contact the owner. I rented this home in October and used it in July so got a really good "early bird" price. I would recommend this home and would rent it again myself. A nice "home away from home"."

"A very nice and clean property which comfortably slept our family of 8 adults and 1 child. The private pool and the resort amenities were very nice as well. Being a gated community, we had a minor difficulty getting 2 cars through the gate (host failed to provide our lasts name), but security was helpful and understanding. Overall, a no stress stay. Thanks!"
