Room had stains on the floor, couch had cuts on it, one of the bed sheets had stains. Staff acted clueless. Kids running up and down hallways at night. Won’t book again

The room was so spacious and clean. The only complaint was the shower water ran out onto bathroom floor and made the floor very slick.

Highly recommended stay, I stayed for 1 month long for school safe quiet and clean. Full laundry room inside room very convenient large apartments. Communication with management was great. There are no elevators and I was on the 3rd floor but I am active does not bother me. Just keep that in mind if you cant climb stairs. Great place ! High recommended!

I had a great stay at the Tru By Hilton Indianapolis Lawrence, In from start to finish. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff were genuinely nice and welcoming, which made a great first impression. My room was very clean and fresh, with no odors at all - everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice added touch to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.
