The house has an entrance hall, a large kitchen with all kinds of amenities connected to the living room with an American bar where you can eat, there is also a dining area integrated between the kitchen and the living room with an ancient wooden seat. The living room has a pellet stove, a very comfortable sofa bed and television. Next to the kitchen is the main bathroom which has a great jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy. In the upper part of the house there is a room with a double bed, the peculiarity of this room is that it has a built-in gazebo, from which if we look out you can see the entire living room, next to the room is a bathroom complete with shower, the entire upper part of the house is attic with the wooden ceiling, which makes it more cozy. The house has toiletries, such as towels, sheets and blankets. In summer, baths will be given for the pool. ENCOURAGE TO KNOW THE HOUSE! La casa está localizada en Baterna un pueblecito de Avila muy tranquilo de los de antes. Cerca a tan sólo 2,5 kms está otro pueblo mas grande en donde poder comprar alimentos y pan. La casa está fenomenal para dos o tres personas, está cuidada con detalle,no echas en falta nada, sus propietarios súper amables y cariñosos. El jacuzzi genial para relajarte un poco más. Es una casita para desconectar del mundo. Gracias Agapita y Antonio por compartir vuestra casa. La casa está muy bien equipada, nueva, muy limpia y cerca de Ávila. La propietaria muy amable, nos recibió con una botella de vino y un plato de jamón. La casa pequeña pero acogedora, bien equipada y con una cocina completa. El pueblo pequeñito y tranquilo, muy cerca de Ávila. Fue justo lo que andábamos buscando: un lugar bien comunicado para realizar actividades ( a 5 minutos del histórico Castro de Ulaca y Castillo de Villaviciosa, a 20 minutos de Ávila, a 30 minutos de puerto del Pico y su calzada romana, etc.) y a la vez acogedor para desconectar del ajetreo de la semana. Los dueños fueron muy amables y atentos, nos dejaron un vinito muy bueno y un platito de jamón, todo un detalle. Viajamos mi mujer y yo con nuestro bebé de 6 meses y nuestro perro y todo perfecto. Nos pusieron una cuna de viaje para el niño, incluso con unos muñequitos, el peque estuvo muy a gusto. La casa en general muy bien, está muy nueva. En primer lugar, por la atención de los propietarios y su estupenda bienvenida y, en segundo, por la casa que es preciosa, está muy bien cuidada y limpia y es muy moderna y, a pesar de ser verano, estaba bastante fresquita y se dormía fenomenal. Con Ávila cerquita y un estupendo paisaje natural para disfrutar y relajarse en el pueblo de Baterna. No nos ha faltado de nada y nos hemos sentido como en casa. La atención de los propietarios exquisita incluyendo un obsequio de bienvenida que no te lo venden en el anuncio como muchos otros, una casa mimada hasta el último detalle, muy bien equipada, limpia y cuidada como si fueras el primero en entrar en ella, en un entorno privilegiado para los amantes del senderismo, a menos de 20 minutos de Avila,... Por supuesto, todo ello aderezado con la gastronomía de la zona para los amantes del buen comer. Es un lujo muy razonable a menos de hora y media de Madrid. Lo único que nos faltó es que nevara como para no poder salir y quedarnos disfrutando unos días mas. Hemos ido en pareja este fin de semana y la verdad que la casa esta super limpia, todo nuevo, muy moderna, muy cuidada y no nos ha faltado de nada, es un pueblo muy tranquilito, se duerme de maravilla, esta muy cerquita de Ávila y de la Sierra de Gredos, ademas los propietarios son muy agradables y encantadores os la recomiendo!! Nosotros sin duda repetiremos si podemos!! No echamos en falta nada y disponía de todo lo necesario y más; pese al a las heladas de la noche, dentro de la casa pasamos hasta calor con la calefacción que habíamos puesto por el día. A parte de acogedora, el trato de los dueños fue excelente y estuvimos encantados con la escapada. Recomendable 100% ##### Gonza G. ---
