Here the rural charm has been preserved in small details around the house, such as the beautiful original beams that run throughout the house. Auch die Gegend ist toll um mal Ruhe vom Großstadtlärm zu bekommen. Strandnähe ist vorhanden, wobei es sich um eine Steinküste handelt. Leider hat Novasol kurz vor Reisebeginn Reinigungskosten in Höhe von 400€ berechnet, die wir nie bestellt hatten. Nach 3 Monaten (vor Urlaubsbeginn), 5 Telefonaten inkl. Warteschleife von jeweils 45min in denen mir versichert wurde, dass der Fehler behoben wurde und das Geld zurücküberwiesen wird, ist bis heute noch kein Geld angekommen. Absolut unverständlich und unverschämt. Definitiv hat dieses Unternehmen kein Interesse an Kundenzufriedenheit und ist beinahe kriminell auf Geldmache aus. Es wird kein weiteren Urlaub über diesen Anbieter geben und ich persönlich kann nur jedem abraten. Am Ende wiegt der Ärger mehr als die Freude an der Unterkunft. ##### ivo b.
