Welcome to Sa Libèlula – A Refined Retreat in the Heart of the Tramuntana

Tucked away at the top of a winding country road lined with lush lemon groves, Sa Libèlula is a historic stone finca that offers a timeless sense of tranquillity, privacy, and elegance. Perched on a hilltop between the dramatic peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana, this peaceful sanctuary is surrounded by manicured gardens and boasts breathtaking 360° views of the Sóller valley and mountains beyond. At the heart of the property lies a beautiful circular saltwater pool—perfectly positioned for sun-drenched afternoons and golden sunsets.

Step through the grand entrance into a spacious dining hall with a traditional pebble stone floor, a wood-burning fireplace, and an antique olive wood table—a space ideal for shared meals and intimate gatherings. From here, the well-equipped country kitchen awaits on the left, while a cozy library and TV room lies to the right, complete with a second fireplace, and access to Netflix, Apple TV, and international channels.

Adjacent, you’ll find a guest powder room, and a serene office/zen space—equipped with yoga mats and free weights—that opens onto a breathtaking mountain backdrop. A small but practical laundry area with washer and dryer is conveniently located just off this room.

A traditional Mallorcan staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a charming double bedroom (140x200) with garden views and an en-suite bathroom awaits. Continuing to the upper floor, you’ll discover the master suite, featuring a super king bed (200x200), and private terrace with panoramic views—ideal for sunrise coffees or stargazing under the Mallorcan sky. A third bedroom with a queen bed (160x200) offers views of an ancient olive tree, while a shared bathroom with a rainfall shower completes the space.

Outdoors, experience Mallorca’s raw beauty with two alfresco dining areas: one shaded by trees beside the pool, perfect for breezy breakfasts and long lunches, and the other on a lower terrace with a gas BBQ and sweeping sunset views. As dusk falls, the surrounding mountains blush in pastel hues—setting the scene for peaceful evenings under a canopy of stars.

The home features central heating for cooler months and discreet air conditioning in summer, ensuring year-round comfort.

Good to Know:

Please note the final stretch of road is narrow—typical of traditional Mallorcan fincas and villages in the UNESCO-listed Tramuntana region. A compact rental car is strongly recommended. (Fiat 500, VW Polo, Citroën C3, etc.)

Private parking is available for two vehicles. The saltwater pool is not fenced but is conveniently located for easy supervision.

This a gorgeous, simple but stylish country house with the most amazing 360 mountain views. Great space, well equipped with lots of added details, and only a 20-minute walk from the beach or Soller. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to go back Katrine

The details and photos are the exact representation of the property. The communication prior to our stay was really helpful. We were met by Robert to direct us up to the villa and he gave us so many helpful holiday ideas and a really friendly welcome. The villa was really spacious and charming, the pool was the best pool ever and the views outstanding. The walk to Port Soller was 30 minutes and the restaurant choice was extensive. We stepped into a totally perfect world and my husband and 2 teenage daughters could not recommend it enough!

Casa con mucho encanto, limpia y con todo lujo de detalles. Las vistas son una joya y el hecho de estar lejos del mundanal ruido. Destaco la amabilidad sin límites de Robert que desde el primer día contribuyó a hacer de nuestra estancia un momento que nunca olvidaremos. Acceso poco adecuado para coches grandes como el nuestro, pero es algo que no nos ha impedido disfrutar.
